One-on-one coaching is something I am truly passionate about because I love building effective working alliances with my coachees and seeing them grow.
My approach is person-centred where we explore your issues, feelings, beliefs, behaviour, and worldview, so you can become more self-aware and achieve greater independence.
Our sessions will be driven by you but I will be there every step of the way to offer support and insight to help you overcome any blocks to achieving your goals.
To help you achieve self-actualisation, I offer:
unconditional positive regard – accepting and valuing you
congruence – being honest and transparent in how I experience you and your world
empathic understanding – seeing your viewpoint as if I were you
We will begin with a short obligation-free introductory call of 30 minutes in order to decide if we can work together.
Before our second session, you will fill out a short questionnaire that will help me get a clearer picture of what you want to achieve from our coaching relationship.
We will create an action plan for our sessions together and work towards achieving your goals.
I believe working in sets of 6 sessions (rather than long-term coaching relationships) is the most effective strategy. We can of course resume the relationship after a cooling-off period but I believe it is important that we are making the most of our time together. I am also happy to do one-off sessions if that is all you require.
